Linda Berardi holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Old Dominion University and current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her background includes over 20 years as a human resources and organizational development professional in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities industry in both New York and Virginia. Linda is certified as an Appreciative Leadership Development Program Facilitator with the Corporation for Positive Change in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and passionate about the application of Appreciative Inquiry principles and practices to set in motion creative, sustainable, prosperity and success for corporations, agencies and communities.
In addition to her professional credentials, Linda brings the richness of her life experiences into each organizational engagement and offers a contagious enthusiasm that sets the right tone for calling out the same in people that she works with who are invested in personal and organizational expansion.
Through a distillation of seasoned knowledge, HR/OD experience and creativity, Linda uses the conceptual framework of a growing tree as an entry into organizational development activities. She and her team believe that the use of metaphor infuses a rich and dynamic approach to analysis, dialogue, and creative design which brings a unifying quality to organizational change.
